We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to lead the modernization of enterprise reporting, drive migration to modern BI platforms, and embed agentic AI workflows into business intelligence solutions. This role combines deep BI expertise with hands-on experience in AI-driven automation, helping organizations transition from legacy reporting systems to intelligent, scalable analytics platforms.


Requirements
  • Design, build, and implement enterprise-grade BI and reporting solutions on modern platforms
  • Lead migration initiatives from legacy BI tools to modern cloud-based analytics environments
  • Architect and embed agentic AI workflows to automate reporting, insights generation, and decision-making processes
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines and integrations using AWS services
  • Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI (PBI)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders
  • Ensure data governance, security, and best practices across BI and AI implementations
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship on modern BI and agentic AI adoption

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in BI, data analytics, and/or AI-driven solutions engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and implementation
  • Proficiency in AWS (cloud infrastructure, data services, deployment)
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI (PBI) – dashboarding, DAX, data modeling
  • Proven experience in BI modernization and migration projects
  • Strong understanding of enterprise reporting architecture

Good to Have

  • Experience with Tableau
  • Experience with IBM Cognos
  • Experience with Alteryx (data preparation/ETL)
