About Linkt

Linkt is an AI deployment company based in Austin. We embed senior engineers directly inside client organizations — from PE-backed platforms to national enterprise brands — to build and ship production AI systems, not slide decks.

The role

You're the commercial and strategic counterpart to our engineers. You'll sit with enterprise leaders to find where AI actually pays inside their business, shape those opportunities into scoped engagements, help win the work, and stay close through delivery so every project earns the next one. Our engineers make the systems real; you make sure we're building the right ones for the right clients — and that the relationship compounds.

What you'll do
  • Run discovery with enterprise stakeholders — executives, operators, and technical leads — to surface high-value AI use cases

  • Turn business problems into concrete engagement scopes: outcomes, milestones, and pricing, working with our engineering leads

  • Drive the sales motion alongside our Head of Growth: workshops, pilot design, proposals, and demos

  • Stay embedded in accounts through delivery — own the strategic layer, keep executives bought in, and spot expansion opportunities

  • Build points of view: briefs and roadmaps on where AI creates value in a client's industry and operations

  • Feed what you learn in the market back into Linkt's positioning, offers, and platform

What we're looking for
  • A background where you had to scope ambiguous problems and convince serious people: consulting, solutions engineering, strategy, product, or founding something

  • Enough technical depth to be credible in the room — you understand what LLMs and agents can and can't do, and you never promise magic

  • Executive presence: you can run a discovery session with a room of VPs solo

  • Strong writing — proposals, one-pagers, and points of view that get read and get signed

  • Commercial instinct: you like finding value, framing it, and closing it

  • Based in Austin or willing to relocate

Nice to have
  • Forward-deployed or deployment strategist experience at a technical consultancy or Palantir-style organization

  • You've sold or scoped technical services before and have the scar tissue to prove it

  • Domain depth in enterprise industries — financial services, insurance, logistics, or multi-unit consumer brands

  • You build with AI tools yourself

Why this role
  • Shape go-to-market from near-zero at a firm where the product is delivery — you sell work that actually ships

  • Work directly with the founders and our Head of Growth

  • A live enterprise pipeline from day one — you're not starting cold

  • A seat at the center of Austin's AI scene through Hack AI

Compensation & benefits
  • Base: $100k-$200k depending on experience

  • 0.5% equity

Process

Intro call → scoping exercise (we give you a real-shaped business problem, you shape the engagement) → working session with the founders → offer. We move in about two weeks.

Linkt is an equal opportunity employer. We evaluate candidates on ability and evidence of impact, regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
