    As a consultant within the DE team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.

     

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of Agentic AI and Generative AI initiatives for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, managing product backlogs, prioritizing deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders while possessing a strong technical understanding of modern AI frameworks, Python development, API design, and CI/CD practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI projects in an Agile environment.

    Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and define project roadmaps.

    Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

    Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

    Collaborate with engineering teams on AI solution architecture, integrations, and deployment strategies.

    Track project milestones, dependencies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

    Establish best practices for AI solution delivery, prompt engineering, testing, and governance.

    Required Skills

    Strong experience in Technical Project Management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder management.

    Hands-on experience with Python for production-grade application development.

    Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, GitLab Duo, Amazon Bedrock, Cortex, or similar platforms.

    Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including agent loops, state machines, ReAct patterns, and multi-agent orchestration.

    Experience in Prompt Engineering, including prompt versioning, testing, evaluation, and optimization.

    Knowledge of REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and API integration.

    Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI/CD, along with DevOps best practices.

    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience delivering Generative AI/LLM-based enterprise applications.

    Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with experience in Amazon Bedrock being a plus.

    Experience working with Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries.

    Familiarity with AI governance, model evaluation, observability, and security best practices.

    Education

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
