If you love solving business problems, asking thoughtful questions, and helping organizations build smarter go-to-market strategies, this role is for you.

Our GTM Strategists are trusted advisors who help partners understand where they are today, define where they want to go, and create a roadmap to get there. You'll combine business strategy, revenue operations expertise, and consultative problem-solving to design scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Working alongside GTM Engineers and subject matter experts, you'll help transform strategy into execution while serving as the primary strategic partner for your customers.

What You’ll Do

Some high-impact opportunities you'll tackle include:

  • Lead strategic discovery sessions to understand each partner's business goals, GTM motion, customer journey, and revenue challenges.

  • Design and implement integrated, scalable GTM strategies by developing foundational GTM elements such as ICPs, buyer personas, messaging, segmentation, lead management, and revenue operations.

  • Translate business objectives into scalable GTM solutions through a combination of strategic design, HubSpot implementation, and collaboration with GTM Engineers on advanced technical execution.

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for your portfolio, helping partners prioritize initiatives and make confident, data-informed decisions.

  • Monitor partner health, identify risks and opportunities, and continuously optimize strategies to improve business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with GTM Engineers and cross-functional specialists, including Paid Media, Content, and Delivery, to deliver cohesive solutions and exceptional partner outcomes.

  • Contribute to the evolution of RevPartners methodologies, playbooks, best practices, and service offerings as we continue to grow and innovate.

  • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and emerging technologies into GTM strategies to improve efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes.

Who You Are - This opportunity is for you if you have/can:
Experience

This role is designed for an experienced GTM professional who has demonstrated the ability to independently lead client engagements, develop GTM strategies, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Typically, this includes 3–6 years of experience in GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, and/or Sales Operations, along with demonstrated experience in:

  • Developing and executing go-to-market / revenue strategies

  • Leading consultative discovery conversations and translating business challenges into actionable recommendations.

  • Managing multiple priorities while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Working in fast-paced, high-growth, consulting, agency, or SaaS environments is highly valued.

Technical Skills

You have experience with many of the following:

  • HubSpot: CRM, Marketing, Sales & Data Hubs

  • Revenue Operations

  • GTM Strategy

  • CRM architecture

  • Lead lifecycle management

  • Pipeline management

  • Reporting & analytics

  • Process optimization

  • Customer journey design

  • AI productivity tools

**Required: Advanced experience in Hubspot and working knowledge in Clay
