Through Allstate Impact & Engagement and Corporate Giving, the Foundation and Social Impact Team support employee and agent involvement within communities and advance partnerships that achieve social impact.

About the Role
The Allstate Foundation and Social Impact Team is seeking an Allstate Impact & Corporate Giving Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for our Allstate Impact & Engagement (AIE) and Corporate Giving work.

This role focuses on routine coordination, organization and processing support, helping program leads deliver engagement opportunities, grants and partnerships efficiently. The Coordinator assists with logistics, documentation, tracking and basic grant processing, working under the direction of more senior team members.

This position is intended for someone early in their career who is interested in corporate philanthropy and employee engagement and is looking to build foundational experience in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
 

Allstate Impact & Engagement Support 

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for Allstate employee and agent engagement programs, including matching gifts, volunteer grants and service initiatives. 
  • Assist with logistics for volunteer events and turnkey engagement opportunities, including scheduling, materials preparation and follow‑up. 
  • Support routine grant processing activities related to Allstate Impact & Engagement programs, such as application review support, data entry and status tracking. 
  • Help track participation, deadlines and basic program information for employee and agent engagement initiatives. 
  • Support standard communications by preparing materials and maintaining shared program resources. 

Corporate Giving Support 

  • Provide operational and administrative support for corporate giving initiatives, including grants and partnerships with cultural institutions, nonprofit organizations and community partners. 
  • Assist with basic grant processing tasks, including organizing applications, preparing materials for review, tracking approvals and maintaining grant records. 
  • Support coordination related to nonprofit board service and leadership initiatives by organizing materials, schedules, and participation lists. 
  • Maintain organized files and documentation related to corporate giving partners and activities. 
  • Support standard communications by preparing materials and maintaining shared program resources. 

General Operations & Administrative Support 

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events and convenings, including scheduling, agendas and meeting materials. 
  • Assist with routine data entry, tracking and documentation to support program operations. 
  • Help keep calendars, trackers and shared files accurate and up-to-date. 
  • Provide general administrative support to the Allstate Impact & Engagement and Corporate Giving teams as needed. 
  • Support department email inbox management by monitoring and routing messages and providing backup coverage. 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative, coordination, operations or support role (internships and relevant project experience considered). 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to complete routine tasks accurately and meet deadlines with guidance from senior team members. 
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
  • Basic familiarity with or willingness to learn AI‑enabled tools to support administrative efficiency, organization and communication. 
  • Interest in employee engagement, corporate giving, philanthropy or nonprofit work. 
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 15% for programs, events, and related activities.    
  • Experience with grants management or CRM systems (such as CyberGrants) is a plus but not required.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 56,000.00 - 92,000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
