JOB DESCRIPTION:

Operations Analyst

Remote (Eastern/Central time)

The Operations Analytics Analyst will support the analysis, reporting, and monitoring of operational performance across the Take 5 Oil Change network, primary focus on increasing sales/profits and volume across the Take 5 Oil Change network. Reporting to the Manager, Operations Analytics, this role will work closely with Operations leaders and cross-functional partners to transform transactional and operational data into actionable insights.

This is a highly hands-on role ideal for an analyst who enjoys digging into data, building analyses and contributing to operational decisions that have a direct impact on field performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights

  • Lead complex analyses to identify operational opportunities, quantify impact, and guide strategic decision-making

  • Execute standardized reporting package to pin-point, monitor and optimize shop operations 

  • Develop and present clear, compelling analytical narratives to operations leadership that drive alignment and action

  • Collaborate with Regional and District Managers to prioritize initiatives aligned to data-driven conclusions that improve cars per day

  • Provide real-time analytical support through dashboards, data visualizations, and ad-hoc reporting

  • Support ongoing KPI reporting and operational performance tracking

  • Identify business trends and key drivers impacting operational performance

  • Support the development, execution, and measurement of system-wide operational changes

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • 1-2 years of internship and/or professional experience in business/operations analytics or commensurate experience

  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and data analysis using large datasets

  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases

  • Exposure to operations-focused environments preferred

  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

$61,700.00 - $110,300.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
