Lead and scale a team of Key & Enterprise Account Executives across US Travel, New Markets, and Canada. Drive GTM strategy, executive stakeholder management, complex deal negotiation, cross-functional deal orchestration, forecasting rigor, and post-close launch/expansion. Recruit, coach, and hold the team accountable while traveling regularly to accelerate deals and represent Affirm at industry events.

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.

With over 5M Affirm Cards and $10B in annual GMV, Affirm Cards are the backbone of Affirm’s direct to consumer strategy. Unlike traditional debit or credit cards, Affirm Cards are loan-backed, which means every swipe requires instant precision. The Affirm Card Platform ensures everything from card issuance and transaction processing to ledgers, disputes, and reconciliations runs smoothly. Our platform not only powers the Affirm Card but also select merchant integrations, mobile wallet partnerships and international expansion efforts. In 2026, we will unlock our next Card product growth vector through partnerships with FIS Global and other card issuer processors to bring Affirm Card’s pay-over-time capabilities into partner bank debit cards.

We are looking for an Analytics Lead to support our Partner Bank Debit Program and other card platform expansion investments. This role blends hands-on, detailed payment network analytics with cross-functional, client facing partnership work. The ideal candidate is as comfortable evaluating and negotiating investment opportunities filled with ambiguity as they are parsing through messy card-network data to deliver crisp insights and business recommendations. Your work will directly lift transaction success, improve economics, and expand Affirm acceptance across online and offline checkout experiences.

What you’ll do
  • Build the core measurement fabric for card expansion launches: launch readiness dashboards, KPI definitions, and scenario analyses used to evaluate partner pilots and scale decisions.

  • Support RFPs & commercial diligence for potential card issuance partners

  • Build opportunity sizings and program investment frameworks that consider opportunity size in light of estimated integration efforts

  • Evaluate different card onboarding, checkout and transaction processing flows to improve card acceptance, increase customer adoption and drive customer satisfaction

  • Participate in deep technical design discussions within the team, and across partner teams, to ensure that we're building the right systems and keeping the quality high

  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to establish metrics frameworks, tie results to OKRs, and drive product strategy

  • Build reliable self-serve dashboards and monitoring for card usage, transaction success, dispute rates, and program economics

  • Expand Affirm acceptance in digital wallets, leading consumer bank apps, international markets and other new checkout modalities

What we look for
  • 7+ years in analytics or data science (must have experience in cards, payments, fintech, etc). Bonus points for knowledge of the card transaction lifecycle!

  • Fluency in SQL; comfort with Python/R; strong grounding in experimentation

  • Knowledge of payments and lending economics

  • Experience building analytics for zero-to-one product launches and integrations

  • Ability to influence executives and engineers alike with clarity and conviction.

  • A bias for action—and a knack for automating away the boring stuff
