What You Will Do:

  • Configure, administer, and support internal business applications in alignment with Guidehouse standards for security, governance, and performance
  • Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 support for end users, including troubleshooting application, software, and basic system issues
  • Assist with support and maintenance of enterprise systems, including ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Replicon)
  • Customize application features, workflows, forms, and role‑based access to support business processes
  • Support user access requests, account setup, and basic security permissions
  • Leverage low‑code / no‑code platforms, automation tools, and AI‑enabled features to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
  • Partner with business users to gather requirements, document use cases, and translate needs into effective application configurations
  • Assist with testing, upgrades, releases, deployments, and change management activities
  • Document incidents, resolutions, configurations, and standard operating procedures
  • Participate in data validation, basic reporting, and application optimization initiatives
  • Coordinate with vendors or internal technology teams to escalate and resolve issues as needed
  • Support training efforts and help users adopt new systems or features
  • Operate with professionalism, attention to detail, and collaboration in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

What You Will Need:

  • Requires a University Degree and minimum 0-2 years of prior relevant experience OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Strong interest in enterprise technology, business applications, and process improvement
  • Foundational understanding of:
    • Application administration and configuration concepts
    • IT fundamentals such as operating systems, networking, or databases
    • Data structures, basic SQL, or reporting concepts
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical users
  • Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and willingness to learn

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Deltek, etc.) through coursework, internships, or projects
  • Experience or exposure to low‑code / no‑code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Appian, Mendix)
  • Familiarity with workflow, automation, or business process tools
  • Exposure to AI‑enabled capabilities such as copilots, chatbots, or intelligent automation
  • Basic scripting or programming experience (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell)
  • Familiarity with IT service management or ticketing tools
  • Interest in enterprise systems, business applications, or IT consulting

The annual salary range for this position is $51,000.00-$85,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
