Experience Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in application development and Source‑to‑Pay systems.
  • Coupa Platform Administration, including:
    • Configuring and maintaining Coupa modules (SIM, Sourcing, CLMA, Supplier Portal, Risk Assess).
    • Managing user roles, permissions, approval chains, and security groups.
    • Maintaining catalogs, suppliers, master data, and business rules.
    • Monitoring Coupa release cycles, assessing impacts, and coordinating regression testing.
    • Supporting end users with troubleshooting, training, and functional guidance.
    • Maintaining integrations with Oracle Procurement, AP, GL, and other third‑party systems.
    • Supporting Oracle Cloud data imports/exports using REST/SOAP APIs.
    • Overseeing middleware integrations.
    • Monitoring integration dashboards, logs, and error queues.
    • Troubleshooting failed transactions and coordinating fixes with internal teams and vendors.
    • Ensuring secure data transfers via SFTP, PGP encryption, and API authentication.
  • Deep understanding of the Source‑to‑Pay process.

Release & Update Coordination

  • Coordinate Coupa’s triannual releases and Oracle’s quarterly updates.
  • Lead testing cycles, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Participate in system enhancement projects and cross‑functional initiatives.

  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS)

Primary Duties
1. Assists in the design and development and testing of software applications. Resolves day-to-day incidents to assure the integrity of the services being provided.
2. Consume, transform and update data between two or more systems using Integration software.
3. Consults with business partners to create documentation relating to the program definition, development, business requirements. Documentation includes software objectives, deliverables, and end user specifications.
4. Writes, translates, and codes software scripts, programs and applications according to specifications and end user requirements.
5. Designs, runs, and monitors software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement. Support in the smooth maintenance of the system 2 and provide data to the end users in a timely manner.
6. Prepares and writes reports for management and/or team members on the status of assignments.
7. Trains end users to operate new or modified programs.
8. Conducts research on emerging application development software products, languages, and standards in support of development efforts.
9. Works with external vendors to assure efficient implementation of software products or systems.
10. Keeps abreast of new and changing technological advances in program languages, utilities, tools, and client/server technology to assure achievement of ETL/Development of reports, so users can make proper decisions.
11. Follow the IT procedures and naming conventions guidance. Also provide proper documentation as required by IT standards.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Educational/Experience Level
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, Business or a closely related field and two years of experience in software programming.
Communication Skills
Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external business partners in order to obtain and/or provide information on technical concepts.
Numeric Skills
Requires the ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages and simple statistical methods.
Computer Skills
Requires a very high level of computer skills in order to use various software packages as well as a familiarity with hardware configuration. Need to be proficient in MS Office Tools.
Work Conditions
Works in an office environment. Position could be subject to work outside of normal business hours. Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting.
