This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, training staff on best practices, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure applications meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Oversee the day-to-day performance of specific software applications; manage user permissions and system updates.

  • Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the Tier 2/3 point of contact for complex technical issues that standard help desks cannot resolve.

  • Process Improvement: Analyze how teams use software and recommend workflows to increase efficiency.

  • Training & Documentation: Create user manuals, FAQs, and conduct training sessions to ensure high user adoption rates.

  • Implementation: Lead or assist in the rollout of new software modules, including data migration and system testing.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of specific systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Epic, AutoCAD, or Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Data Management: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases or Excel for advanced data manipulation.

  • Communication: Translating "developer speak" into plain English for non-technical employees.

  • Patience: Let's be honest—teaching someone how to use a new system for the fifth time requires a steady hand.

Target Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,0000
