As an Applied R&D Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our team's success, designing and implementing compilers that efficiently translate high-level C/C++ code.   • Design and implement efficient compilers for C/C++ code translation.
  • Optimize code generation processes to boost system performance.
  • Debug and resolve complex compilation issues.
  • Enhance compiler optimizations for speed and memory efficiency.
  • Collaborate with hardware teams for new architecture support.
  • Provide expert guidance to software developers on compiler challenges.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compiler development or a similar role.
  • Deep knowledge of compiler theory and C/C++ programming.
  • Proficiency in algorithm design and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with GCC toolchains and a strong understanding of their capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Passion for staying updated with the latest industry advancements.
