The Architect will lead architectural design and project management, ensure compliance with Florida regulations, and collaborate with stakeholders on project delivery.
This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with extensive experience using AutoCAD for architectural projects based in Florida, U.S. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote work environment and is adept at managing projects with precision and creativity.
Contract: Independant Contractor
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of architectural designs using AutoCAD.
- Manage all phases of architectural projects from initial concept through design development, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Utilize advanced design and modeling techniques to create innovative solutions for complex architectural challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations, particularly for projects based in or related to the state of Florida.
Requirements
- Personal computer with a Windows 11 Pro license, or willingness to upgrade to it.
- Minimum 200 Mbps upload and download speed.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Profound expertise in AutoCAD.
- Revit is a +
- Demonstrated experience working with clients in Florida (U.S.).
- B2+ level proficiency in English; ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a remote working environment is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
