Argano is seeking entrepreneurial, AI-savvy talent to join Argano’s emerging ArganAI practice. We are looking for hybrid thinkers—individuals who can operate at the intersection of product, analytics, engineering, and consulting—to help shape the next generation of AI-led enterprise transformation.
This is not a traditional corporate consulting role. We are looking for curious builders, creative problem-solvers, and future-focused professionals excited by bold ideas such as defining the future of consulting, building an Anthropic-centered AI practice, and helping enterprises become fully agentic.
Ideal Profile:
At least 2 years of experience in a blend of product management, business analysis, AI/ML engineering, solution consulting, or digital transformation
Strong understanding of emerging AI technologies, LLM ecosystems, agents, and enterprise automation
Comfortable moving between strategy, experimentation, prototyping, and execution
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for innovation and building from zero to one
Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions
What You’ll Do:
Help design and build Argano’s ArganAI offerings and client solutions
Partner across consulting, product, and engineering teams to create agentic enterprise use cases
Evaluate and prototype emerging AI technologies and enterprise applications
Contribute to thought leadership around the future of AI-enabled consulting
Work in a fast-moving, less hierarchical, highly collaborative environment
