for contract ASL interpreters to work up to five days a week on
our
busy government
contracts!
Minimum
guaranteed hours and competitive rates!
On site and VRI capability required.
Three years of professional ASL interpreting experience and RID
certified is preferable

- Department of Education (ED)
- Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
- General Services Administration (GSA)
- Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
- National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)
- Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
- Transportation Security Agency (TSA)
Requirements
- Fluent ASL and
spoken English language skills
- Able to provide
accurate interpretation
- Understanding of
Deaf culture
- Thorough knowledge
of and adherence to the NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct
- Three to five
years of experience in interpreting (preferred but not required)
- As applicable,
state licensure or state-required credentials
- Must pass the
company's interpreting skills assessment
- You must be 18
years or older to apply.
**Background check is required and the interpreters will be compensated for this effort.
Therefore, once you receive your Background Investigation final approval letter you will be paid compensation of $150 for completing the IRS security clearance process.
