Oversee and maintain building mechanical and electrical systems including HVAC (Climatec BMS), boilers, chilled water, AHUs, generators, elevators, and fire safety equipment. Manage vendor relationships, schedule inspections and maintenance, perform routine repairs (lighting, ballasts, ice machines, keys), and support daily facility setups and operations to ensure safety and optimal performance.
The Assistant Chief Engineer is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the building's critical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role involves managing HVAC systems, fire safety equipment, elevators, and various other mechanical and electrical components.
Days/Shift: Monday through Friday, 7am - 4pm
Pay: $26.27/hour
