Rate: $22.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 208-unit apartment community in Conroe! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

  • At least two years of Assistant Community Manager experience in on-site property management.
  • Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
  • Must be able to work one Saturday per month.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.

Our application process includes criminal background checks and drug screens.

Rate: $22.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
