Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 254-unit apartment community in Mesquite! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in on-site property management.
  • Must have Assistant Community Manager experience.
  • Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays with an alternative day off during the week.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
