Assists with managing a 254-unit apartment community through leasing, application processing, income collections, move-ins and move-outs, resident relations, reporting, and marketing. Performs Leasing Consultant duties as needed, supports bookkeeping and organizational tasks, and works Monday through Saturday with a weekday alternative day off. Requires on-site property management experience, Assistant Community Manager experience, computer proficiency, and a valid Texas driver’s license.
Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Requirements
- At least three years of experience in on-site property management.
- Must have Assistant Community Manager experience.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work on Saturdays with an alternative day off during the week.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
