Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking an Assistant Executive Steward to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.
What you will do
Are you excited about delivering the best Food & Beverage experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Assistant Executive Steward reports to the Executive Steward and will provide support to all F&B outlets. You will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing the work of the employees in the Stewarding Department. You will also ensure the organization and sanitation of all kitchens, storage areas, employee dining room, waste receptacle areas, compactor room, equipment and machinery used in the Stewarding Department.
What you bring
- Previous experience working in Stewarding and/or Food & Beverage preferred
- Food Handlers Certifications required
- US work authorization is required

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our People & Culture Manager to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
