What You Will Do

  • Ensure the maintenance of proprietary datasets to guarantee the delivery of high-quality data.
  • Assist in defining market-level goals, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Effectively communicate the Manager’s goals and priorities to the team and provide guidance and mentorship where needed.
  • Implement and oversee processes and workflows with clear communication.
  • Supervise daily research operations and monitor progress to ensure timely goal achievement.
  • Contribute insights on employee performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to monitor and improve efficiency and quality metrics.


What You Bring

  • Proficient in data management
  • Firm understanding of research methodologies
  • Experience in research management or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
