The FCCS Solution Lead supports the design, configuration, and ongoing administration of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). This role provides day-to-day technical guidance and operational support for FCCS processes, integrations, and close activities while supervising a small team of support and entry-level technical resources.

Working under established architecture standards and management guidance, this position partners with Finance, Accounting, Data Engineering, and IT teams to help deliver stable, auditable, and scalable consolidation and close solutions. The role receives assignments in the form of objectives and operational goals and is responsible for executing work through established policies, procedures, and delivery practices.

Responsibilities
  • Support configuration, maintenance, and enhancement activities within Oracle FCCS, including dimensional updates, consolidation rules, workflows, and integrations.

  • Provide day-to-day direction and task coordination for offshore FCCS support resources, ensuring work is completed according to established timelines and procedures.

  • Monitor daily operational activities related to FCCS close processes, issue resolution, and production support.

  • Assist with troubleshooting system issues and escalate complex technical or architectural concerns to senior leadership when appropriate.

  • Review system changes and enhancements for alignment with established design standards, controls, and audit requirements.

  • Coordinate with Integration and Data Engineering teams to support data reconciliation, mapping validation, and close process readiness.

  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, support procedures, testing activities, and operational runbooks.

  • Support incident management, root-cause analysis, and resolution tracking for FCCS-related production issues.

  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to support staff and entry-level professionals in accordance with company policies.

  • Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to gather requirements, support testing activities, and assist with process improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and internal control requirements through adherence to established governance procedures.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise financial systems, including experience with Oracle EPM and FCCS.
  • Experience supervising support staff or entry-level technical professionals.
  • Working knowledge of FCCS configuration, close processes, and financial consolidations.
  • Experience supporting metadata management, calculations, workflows, and system integrations within Oracle EPM.
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to follow established standards, procedures, and operational guidance while supporting daily business operations.

Preferred:

  • Experience with EDMCS supporting shared metadata for FCCS and other EPM applications.
  • Exposure to financial close or consolidation transformation initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating with offshore teams, vendors, or systems integrators.

Salary Range: 121,900 - 142,900 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
