Role Overview
Advizex sales department plays a pivotal role in the success of the business. The unique and important role of Advizex sales organization is to bridge the gap between the potential customer’s needs and the products/services that Advizex offers. At Advizex we understand selling is a personal interaction between one human and another, which is a powerful thing. You play a critical role in the building of loyalty and trust between customer and business. Trust and loyalty are the main reasons why our customers choose to recommend Advizex
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory
- Work with other team members to drive new business and expand the existing client portfolio, while building your own client base
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Consistently hit daily activity goals, including calls and e-mails
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Advizex products and services
- Qualify and quantify sales potential, schedule appointments, and guide potential customers to the next phase of the sales process
- Accelerate customer adoption
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
- Manage contract negotiations
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful campaigns
- Participates in ongoing sales, business, and technical training courses to increase overall awareness of Advizex solutions and go-to-market strategies.
- Drives attendance to customer events, seminars, and briefings.
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of relevant experience with an OEM or in the channel and in the New England Public Sector
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with a high energy self-starter attitude.
- Analytical and creative thinking with a desire to seek more knowledge.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Exceptional relationship management with influencing parties.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-directed, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to collaborate and work under pressure in a fast-paced organization.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- In-depth experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Critical problem-solving skills to handle customer questions and overcome objections
- Strong team player who can build strong working relationships, collaborate effectively across multiple levels of leadership and stakeholder groups including product, marketing, and sales teams.

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $70,000-85,000 base salary, plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
