Detailed Description

  • Support Field Sales staff in day-to-day operations to meet customer requirements
  • Deliver Downhole Tools and related inventory to field locations as required
  • Perform inventory distribution, cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory documentation
  • Maintain open and consistent communication with Sales Supervisors, Applications Engineers, Account Representatives, and District Managers
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures at all times
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and properly serviced company vehicle, including routine maintenance
  • Dress professionally in accordance with company and management standards, including facial hair guidelines
  • Continuously learn about local applications, Ulterra products, and proper product application
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

Job Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to progress to intermediate proficiency
  • Comfort using mobile applications and software similar to social media platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Comfortable with public speaking and customer interaction
  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of sales or related experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to navigate maps and use GPS technology
  • Basic reading and writing proficiency

 

Preferred Certifications

  • College degree
  • Forklift operation experience

 

Additional Details

This position is a 24-hour on-call role and may require frequent field travel. The job involves physical activities such as bending, stooping, sitting, and walking. Candidates must have visual acuity, hand and finger dexterity, and the ability to communicate effectively, including talking and hearing with both close and distant vision. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
