As an Associate Certification Program Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the integrity and efficiency of our high-stakes certification programs. This position is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about technology, process discipline, and responsible AI use. Job Description

Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do
  • Configure, publish, and maintain proctored exams, ensuring accuracy and adherence to security protocols.

  • Manage exam lifecycles, including versioning, refresh cycles, and form retirement, while maintaining detailed documentation and audit trails.

  • Produce and validate operational and performance reports, handling sensitive data with discretion.

  • Review and process proctoring incidents, support escalations, and ensure exam integrity through standardized protocols.

  • Support technical administration of exam delivery systems, proctoring platforms, and LMS integrations, including API-based workflows and access controls.

  • Provide tiered technical support, troubleshoot issues, and communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Contribute to exam content development, psychometric analysis, and AI-assisted exam innovation under established governance.

What you’ll bringRequired
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Educational Technology, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience with office productivity suites (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365).

  • Familiarity with email, collaboration, and communication tools.

  • Working knowledge of web technologies (browsers, basic HTML/CSS, networking concepts).

  • Comfort with technical systems, structured data, reporting tools, and ticketing/help desk systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage tasks, prioritize issues, and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Preferred
  • Exposure to LMS platforms, assessment tools, or proctoring systems.

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA).

  • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or SSO concepts.

  • Familiarity with advanced reporting tools (Excel, SQL, dashboards, BI platforms).

  • Coursework or experience in AI, machine learning, or prompt engineering.

  • Interest in psychometrics, standardized assessment, or certification programs.

Your work will directly support our department’s priorities of accelerating growth through technology, employee experience, and global scalability, while embedding AI and automation into daily operations. 

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $72,000 - $108,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
