- Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with functional organization leads to execute their functional strategy to deliver brand-specific targets and surface blockers before they become problems
Special Projects

- Root Cause Analysis: Root cause analysis on significant business trends such as churn spikes, billing issues, conversion drops, or any other dynamics that require analysis
- Misalignment Resolution: Jump on cross-functional misalignments that are stalling progress, such as contract reviews that require coordination across sales, compliance, and legal stakeholders, lack of clear ownership on shared initiatives, competing priorities between functions, etc
- Work Experience: 3+ years of investment banking, consulting, private equity, or a role in business operations at a software/technology company
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to build complex financial models with advanced Excel skills. You must know how to ask the right questions of data and the persistence to obtain and present the data in a clear way
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication: You write clear emails, create organized and compelling PowerPoint decks, and ability to lead a team call
- Ability to Lead: Demonstrate an aptitude to lead your brand and drive results
- Drive: Tenacious, humble and hungry, ability to continuously improve processes and themselves. You can identify patterns in trends, ask what they mean in terms of actual business outcomes, and come up with ideas to move them in the right direction and align functionally-based teams to take these forward
