Position Overview

We are looking for an Associate Creative Director (ACD) of Brand Partnerships with deep experience in long-form YouTube content and social media. Your mission is to bridge the gap between our Sales and Creative teams, ensuring brand integrations feel like a value-add to our audience rather than a commercial break.

You aren’t just making ads; you are protecting the integrity of our YouTube and social content while successfully weaving in brand messaging. This role requires a "writer-first" creative who can capture the specific DP voice and pivot seamlessly between internal brainstorming and client-facing pitches.

Initial Responsibilities

The Creative Bridge

  • Lead ideation for brand integrations within our planned YouTube programming.

  • Ensure every brand moment feels native to our voice and maintains high audience retention.

  • Protect the editorial integrity of the content while meeting brand objectives.

The Face of Content

  • Act as the creative representative in pre-sale client meetings.

  • Break down brand briefs, pitch creative concepts, and address client feedback in real-time.

  • Partner with the Sales team to ensure "the win" doesn't compromise the "the watch."

Concept Architecture

  • Write sharp, compelling creative concepts that the sales team can plug into pitches.

  • Develop "social packages" aligned with key dates, tentpole events, and DP milestones.

  • Maintain a library of "brand-ready" creative executions for quick-turn opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Interface with Social, Production, and Strategy teams to ensure the vision is executed correctly in production and post.

  • Work with Brand Managers to oversee the delivery of creative and manage client feedback loops.

  • Participate in editorial brainstorming to ensure our overall content slate remains world-class.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years handling brand sponsorships for a major media outlet, sports organization, or high-growth YouTube creator.
  • Exceptional writing and conceptual skills across all verticals (Tech, Lifestyle, Gaming, etc.) with the ability to "pitch on the page."

  • Intuitive understanding of YouTube metrics (CTR, retention) and social-first trends.

  • Proven ability in client-facing roles; you know when to compromise and when to push back to protect the content.

  • You thrive as a lead thinker and "doer" who doesn't require a large team to execute high-level strategy.

Location: 

  • This position is located onsite at Dude Perfect HQ3 offices in Frisco, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex).
