Job Title: Associate Data Partnerships Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Remote
Compensation: $50–$70/hour and ~$2K per deal closed. Closing 5–10 deals/month is very achievable.
We are looking for a Data Partnerships Manager to identify, engage, and close partnerships with companies that have valuable operational data for AI training and evaluation.

What You'll Do
Find companies that have valuable operational data for AI training.
Reach out to founders, executives, and business owners through outbound prospecting.
Book and run discovery calls with potential partners.
Explain how their data can be used for AI training and evaluation.
Answer questions about privacy, security, data ownership, and anonymization.
Negotiate partnership terms and close deals.
Build and manage your pipeline from first outreach through signed agreement.
Work with internal teams to onboard partners after closing.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable speaking with founders, executives, and business owners.
Confident running discovery calls and explaining value clearly.
Comfortable with outbound outreach and building new relationships from scratch.
Able to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Motivated by closing deals and performance-based compensation.
Preferred
2+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, B2B Sales, or a similar role.
Proven experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing B2B deals.
Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline development.
Experience in AI, data, SaaS, or technology partnerships.
