Additionally, we help our clients identify ways they can utilize technology to improve their customer experiences, driving loyalty, cross-sell opportunities, and ultimately revenue per customer.

The Role:

Associate Developers are entry-level members of the Delivery Team, placed into a structured onboarding track designed to build Salesforce platform competency from a foundation of core software engineering skills. Associate Developers participate in guided training, earn foundational certifications, shadow senior practitioners, and progressively take on scoped development tasks contributing to client project deliveries.

Responsibilities:

  • Accelerated Learning & Certification: Actively participate in Salesforce training pathways, complete assigned Trailhead modules, and work toward achieving foundational Salesforce certifications.
  • Development Support: Execute basic, well-scoped development tasks under the guidance of senior team members, applying core coding principles to Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules).
  • Shadowing & Mentorship: Attend technical discovery and solutioning sessions as an observer to learn how business requirements are converted into technical specifications.
  • Quality Assurance, Debugging & Documentation: Test, debug, fix errors and QA your own work, write clear technical documentation.
  • Workload Ramp-Up: Progressively increase efficiency to hit billable metrics, aiming for a consistent billable target as platform competence grows.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate actively in delivery team ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, project syncs, and backlog reviews.
  • Clear Communication: Maintain transparent communication regarding task status, ask clarifying questions early, and flag blockers immediately.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (e.g., coding bootcamps with a strong portfolio).
  • Up to one year of relevant experience
  • Core Programming Principles: Strong foundational understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, databases/SQL, and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • High Learning Agility: Exceptional aptitude for problem-solving, a proactive attitude toward learning new platforms, and an openness to constructive feedback.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow predefined naming conventions, logical design patterns, and technical guidelines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team-player mindset. 
  • Organization: Comfort operating within task management systems (e.g., Jira, Asana) or a strong willingness to learn agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Exposure: An active Salesforce Trailhead profile demonstrating self-driven learning (e.g., Ranger status) or exposure to Salesforce basics.
  • Certifications: Any introductory Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Agentforce Specialist) are a significant plus but not mandatory.
  • Relevant Experience: Prior internship, co-op, or academic project experience in software development; 6–18 months of professional experience is preferred.
