Role Purpose
Drive revenue and growth through due diligence process
Core Responsibilities
- Serves as a client-facing liaison throughout due diligence and onboarding processes, ensuring clear communication, alignment on objectives, and a seamless experience for ownership groups and investment partners. Additional responsibilities within the due diligence process:

- Plays an active role in client presentations, pitches, and portfolio reviews, contributing operational insight and supporting business development initiatives.
- Transition Planning
- Reporting & Executive Communication to client
- Process Development
- Leads financial and operational due diligence efforts while partnering with internal teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations that strengthen client relationships and support long-term portfolio strategy.
- Invoicing and Revenue Tracking for Due Diligence process to ensure ROI and an impact to our business line revenue.

Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Multifamily Residential
- College Degree
- Due Diligence Experience

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
