The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Enterprise Services Corporate Technology team:
RTX Finance is on a multi-year journey to replace Hyperion, its legacy EPM tool, with OneStream, a market leading EPM platform. We are seeking a talented and experienced OneStream Software administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in OneStream's platform to design, configure, implement and support financial reporting, consolidations, planning and forecasting solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, DT, and project management, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
- Design, configure and implement OneStream applications and cubes, integrating various financial and operational systems to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
- Collaborate with our Finance customers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using OneStream's functionalities and capabilities to support RTX’s reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.
- Write complex business rules, calculations, formulas and transformation rules
- Build metadata, security groups, forms, workflows, cube views and dashboards, reports, allocations and data integrations
- Develop test scripts and perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of OneStream applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Develop and deliver end user training
- Create detailed documentation for configurations and implementations
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for OneStream applications, addressing any issues or updates as necessary, including updating business rules, forms, metadata, security groups, workflows cube views, dashboards and integrations
- Support OneStream software upgrades
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in OneStream software and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting
- At least 8 years of experience working with Hyperion and/or OneStream in either an administrator and/or consultant role
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Minimum 12 years of experience working with EPM solutions such as Hyperion, SAP, or Onestream, including 5+ years in an admin role.
- Proficiency in OneStream's core functionalities, including at least 5 years of experience with business rules, calculations, metadata, security groups, workflows, dashboards, and data integrations.
- Familiarity with OneStream's design and configuration best practices, along with experience in scripting languages such as JavaScript, VBScript, or C#.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, with additional experience in other EPM tools considered a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical concepts and collaborate with team members.

Remote: This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
