JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support enterprise sales planning activities, including target setting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and insights to support management and sales teams in decision-making.
  • Analyze sales performance trends and customer data to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Assist in annual budgeting, monthly rolling forecasts, and ad-hoc sales analysis.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
  • Support the Leads Management System by liaising with the vendor and the sales team to address and resolve any issues raised.
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and data quality.
  • Drives sales communication on key updates and initiatives to ensure sales readiness and alignment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales planning, business analysis, commercial analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data tools is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
