Position Summary:

The Associate Implementation Analyst will lead the full life cycle of initial and subsequent client deployments for software licensed by MeridianLink. The role will manage client expectations, meet timelines, and act as a liaison between the client and other company departments. This role will educate clients on software capabilities and communicate customer enhancement ideas to the Product organization.

Expected Duties:

  • Associate Implementation Analyst will gather core credentials, third-party credentials, product requirements, and client documents

  • Expected to provide and review product workbooks

  • Responsible for reviewing and troubleshooting third-party issues

  • Associate Implementation Analyst will support client validation configuration

  • The role will have a growing understanding of MeridianLink’s licensed software and its capabilities to educate and provide best practice recommendations to clients

  • Expected to adhere to project schedules and effectively ensures all project resources meet expected timelines.

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Entry-level professional within the subject area

  • Requires basic skill set and proficiency

  • Will conduct work assignments as directed

  • Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of professional experience

  • Ability to perform client/third Party Onboarding activities

  • Ability to shadow and assist SIS in configuration and UAT implementation activities
