Job Description:

As an Inventory Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our inventory levels are optimized to meet business demands. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory trends, analyzing data, and providing insights to ensure efficient stock management. Your expertise will contribute to minimizing stock shortages, reducing excess inventory, and supporting the overall supply chain strategy.

What You'll Do:

    • Analyze inventory levels and trends to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.

    • Monitor and report on stock movements, including receiving, shipping, and stock transfers.

    • Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast demand and adjust inventory accordingly.

    • Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.

Required Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Excel and inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems).

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

    • Detail oriented
