We are currently seeking a highly driven Associate Counsel to join our Legal team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in a dynamic and fast-growing sector and this position can be fully remote.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide legal advice and support day-to-day activities
  • Expedite sales process and manage customer legal relations
  • Collaborate and align with company departments related to legal matters
  • Advise on regulatory and compliance matters
  • Draft, negotiate, and revise contracts and other documents
  • Manage intellectual property portfolio
  • Advise on legal and regulatory compliance operations across business verticals
  • Undertake special projects and support other compliance program initiatives
  • Manage customer legal relations and expedite sales process
  • Analyze and solve legal problems
  • Coordinate matters regarding

    • data acquisition and distribution

This role is eligible for: Variable Compensation
Salary Range: $60-70,000 + bonus
