The Associate Manager, OnSite Operations leads regional execution of Stryker’s OnSite Services, driving operational growth, profitability, and service quality. This role manages performance delivery, employee development, and strategic initiatives across multiple accounts. The Associate Manager partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
What you will do:
- Manage regional operations to meet financial targets, growth objectives, and quality standards.
- Lead and support Regional Supervisors, Team Leads, and OnSite Specialists in daily execution and performance.
- Oversee customer interactions including surgeons, OR personnel, hospital administration, and internal teams.
- Deliver quarterly business reviews and customer-facing presentations.
- Monitor and report regional performance metrics to business leaders.
- Ensure compliance with Stryker policies, hospital requirements, and HIPAA regulations.
- Promote ProCare product offerings in partnership with Regional Managers and Sales.
- Drive onboarding, training, and development of regional team members.
- Develop and execute regional strategy aligned with business goals.
- Think strategically and futuristically to anticipate operational needs and challenges.
- Navigate ambiguity and make decisions in complex or undefined situations.
- Drive accountability across the region, ensuring supervisors are actively managing teams and performance.
- Partner with Regional Managers to empower supervisors and align sales and service efforts.
- Recommend and initiate corrective actions related to service quality and product non-conformances.
What you will need:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years, including 6 years relevant).
- 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrates strong communication, organization, time management, analytical thinking, interpersonal interaction, and equipment problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Maintains professional appearance, work ethic, and attitude in alignment with Stryker and medical facility standards.
- Adheres to HIPAA and patient confidentiality policies.
- Lifts up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequently; stands and walks for extended periods.
- Possesses near visual acuity (corrected), color vision, mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity.
- Observes and corrects minute inconsistencies in product or documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in OnSite Operations or operating room environments.
- People leadership experience.
- Familiarity with surgical procedures, hospital operations, and compliance standards.
Salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
