PreVeil — a category-leading, profitable cybersecurity SaaS company — is hiring an Associate Marketing Manager to help scale our marketing engine during a period of rapid growth. Our encrypted email and file-sharing solution protects 2,200+ defense contractors and has been recognized as PC Magazine’s Best Encrypted Email & File-Sharing Solution for five consecutive years.

We're looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join a small, high-impact marketing team at a pivotal moment. Demand is growing fast, and we need someone who can help us scale our marketing engine—particularly via email, webinars, and LinkedIn.

This isn't a "support" role where you'll spend your days formatting slides and scheduling meetings. You'll own programs. In your first year, you'll run 30+ webinars, build our LinkedIn strategy from the ground up, and create the dashboards we use to measure what's working.

You'll report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and our Partner Marketing team. You'll see how strategy gets made—and you'll have the data to influence it

What You'll Own

Webinars

Run a set of webinars end-to-end: promotional emails, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, registration tracking, day-of logistics, follow-up sequences, and sales handoff

Provide strategic support for other webinars: promotion, logistics, post-event follow-up, and content repurposing (turning a 60-minute webinar into clips, blog posts, and social content)

Email & Content

Write marketing emails—promotional campaigns, nurture sequences, event follow-ups—and brainstorm messaging and strategy directly with the Senior Marketing Manager

Create and maintain visual assets: social graphics, email templates, landing pages, event collateral using Canva, Adobe tools, or freelancers

LinkedIn

Own LinkedIn strategy and execution: 3 posts per week, audience engagement, content calendar, and analytics

Support executive thought leadership, helping our leaders show up consistently on the platform

Analytics & Reporting

Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards and spreadsheets to track performance—open rates, click-through rates, webinar attendance, funnel progression

Gather and organize the data that shapes our strategy

What You'll Learn

This role is designed to accelerate your growth as a marketer—and expand your scope as you prove yourself.

Year one, you'll build a full-funnel experience that most marketers take 5+ years to get: running webinars end-to-end, writing email campaigns, owning LinkedIn strategy, and building dashboards that connect marketing activity to pipeline.

As you master these areas, you'll take on more strategic work—campaign planning, channel experimentation, budget input, and shaping the programs you once executed. The dashboards you build become the foundation for decisions you'll help make.

You'll work directly with the Senior Marketing Manager, not as a task-taker but as a partner. On a small team at a fast-growing company , strong performers quickly grow into expanded responsibility.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

1-3 years in marketing, content, or demand generation

Strong writing skills with AI as a partner—you can make complex topics accessible

You know your way around LinkedIn—both content creation and analytics

Basic video editing is a plus

Who You Are

Organized and reliable. When you own something, it happens.

Curious about data. You want to know what's working and why. (Checking dashboards should feel satisfying, not tedious.)

A clear communicator who can work across teams.

Comfortable with feedback and iteration—we move fast and refine as we go.

Why PreVeil, Why Now

CMMC compliance is shifting from "nice to have" to "mandatory" for thousands of defense contractors. The market is growing fast, and PreVeil is positioned at the center of it. You'll be joining a marketing team that's scaling to meet that demand—which means more responsibility, more visibility, and more opportunity to grow.

We're a small team where your work is visible and your impact is measurable. When you run a webinar, it's yours. When you build a dashboard, leadership uses it. When you write an email, it goes to hundreds of thousands of prospects.

If this sounds like you, we'd like to meet.
