As a key member of the Marketing team, the Associate Marketing Specialist will play an integral role in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward by delivering impactful brand strategies that strengthen our products’ market presence and drive meaningful patient outcomes.

Position Summary:

The Associate, Marketing Specialist, U.S - ET is responsible for designing and executing brand strategies for assigned products or product lines, identifying new market opportunities, and driving brand-level development initiatives. This role will manage marketing materials, develop product education, and implement promotional activities to communicate product positioning and lifecycle development to customers. The Associate Marketing Specialist will leverage consumer insights, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to support business objectives and grow Enovis’ market impact.

This is an early-career role, ideal for a candidate with foundational marketing knowledge and limited professional experience, looking to develop expertise in medical technology product branding and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies for assigned products, product lines, or campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Support product acquisitions, lifecycle management, and product positioning initiatives.
  • Manage creation of marketing materials to establish consistent product branding and messaging.
  • Develop and implement product education, publication, and promotional activities for internal and external audiences.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product marketing, marketing communications, and sales—to align brand initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Apply consumer insight and market research to inform new marketing and product opportunities.
  • Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity, following established policies and procedures.
  • Receive guidance from senior managers on most work assignments and projects.
  • Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting plans as needed.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • Little to no prior professional experience required; internships or relevant academic experience preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort learning new software tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Travel Requirements:
Up to 25% for meetings, conferences, or site visits.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with occasional requirements to attend offsite events or meetings.
  • Standard office environment: ability to sit, use computers, and communicate effectively throughout the day.
