Company Description

We are a Digital Product Engineering company that is scaling in a big way! We build products, services, and experiences that inspire, excite, and delight. We work at scale — across all devices and digital mediums, and our people exist everywhere in the world (18000+ experts across 37 countries, to be exact). Our work culture is dynamic and non-hierarchical. We are looking for great new colleagues. That is where you come in!

Job Description

Today, we are poised for rapid growth and view the United States as a priority growth region over the next 2–3 years. Sales events will be a key pillar in that journey. We’re looking for a hands-on Events Manager to own end-to-end event strategy and execution in the U.S. - from portfolio planning and sponsorships to field activation and pipeline generation. You’ll partner closely with U.S. leadership and our business units to scale our event presence, amplify the Nagarro brand, and turn event moments into measurable revenue impact.

What you’ll do

  • Build and ownthe U.S. event strategy & calendar across owned, sponsored, and third-party conferences - aligning to regional revenue goals, priority accounts, and solution plays.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end: brief, budget, negotiate, sponsor, staff, run-of-show, booth & creative, session content, speaking abstracts, lead capture, on-site ops, and post-event follow-through.
  • Partner with Sales & BUs to select the right events, craft offers and meeting programs and orchestrate executive engagement and ABM plays.
  • Amplify the brand: secure speaking slots, awards, and analyst/press touchpoints; ensure consistent brand expression and thought leadership.
  • Drive pipeline: set funnel targets, operationalize lead capture and qualification, enable SDR/AE follow-up, and report on sourced/influenced revenue.
  • Enable the field with event kits, talk tracks, demos, microsites/QR flows, and playbooks that make it easy for teams to activate.
  • Vendor & budget ownership: evaluate partners, negotiate value-adds, manage timelines, and keep programs on scope and on budget.
  • Compliant operations: manage contracts, COIs, venue rules, and brand standards; coordinate with Legal/Finance/Procurement as needed.
  • Measure what matters: define success metrics (meetings booked, SQLs, pipeline, ROI), run A/B tests, and continuously optimize portfolio mix and tactics.

Qualifications

What makes you a great fit

  • 6–10+ years in B2B tech events (enterprise SaaS, services, or adjacent) - mix of large-scale conferences (e.g., Dreamforce, Gartner, RSA, AWS re:Invent) and targeted field events.
  • Proven track record of turning events into pipeline (you’re fluent in lead flow, MQL→SQL conversion, attribution, and ROI.)
  • Builder-operator mindset: equally comfortable with portfolio strategy and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
  • Excellent cross-functional chops - can partner with Sales, Marketing, Business, and Senior Execs to align objectives and deliver outcomes.
  • Strong content instincts (abstracts, customer stories, session narratives) and brand/storytelling sensibility.

Success looks like

  • A strategic, data-driven U.S. event portfolio aligned to growth priorities.
  • Consistent delivery of meetings, SQLs, and sourced/influenced pipeline from events.
  • Elevated brand presence - more speaking slots, stronger storytelling, and memorable booth experiences.
  • Scalable playbooks and enablement that make the field more effective every quarter.

How you’ll work

  • Location: United States (remote-first with travel for key events and on-site execution.)
  • Reporting: Global Marketing; dotted-line collaboration with Business Unit leaders and U.S. leadership.
  • Compensation: Competitive base + performance bonus, with benefits consistent with U.S. market practices.

Why Nagarro

  • Build at a digital product engineering leader with a reputation for agility and innovation.
  • Join a global, values-driven team and make a visible impact on U.S. growth.
  • Operate with autonomy, collaborate with sharp colleagues, and ship programs that move the revenue needle.
