  • Inspire and elevate creative marketing execution, setting a high bar for originality, craft, and engagement across campaigns and tactics.
  • Operate as a senior cross-functional leader, aligning Product, Marketing, Growth, Data, and Partnerships around a shared strategy and learning agenda.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7–10+ years of Product Marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of strategy, GTM, and growth outcomes.
  • Experience owning a major product, category, or growth surface, with accountability for real business results.
  • Proven ability to influence product direction through positioning, customer insight, and market perspective.
  • Deep fluency in GTM strategy, including launches, evergreen growth, and in-product moments.
  • Experience defining customer segments, use cases, and narratives that meaningfully shape product and marketing decisions.
  • Comfort operating in complex product portfolios with multiple brands, surfaces, or bundled offerings.
  • Effective cross-functional leader, able to operate as a peer to Product, Growth, and Marketing leaders.
  • Strong analytical instincts, with the ability to define success metrics and interpret impact, even in imperfect or ambiguous systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clarity, alignment, and momentum at the senior level.

NICE TO HAVES:

  • Experience in music creation, creative software, or creator-led platforms.
  • Hands-on familiarity with music production workflows, including DAWs, plugins, or virtual instruments.
  • Background in subscription or platform businesses, including pricing, packaging, or lifecycle growth.
  • Comfort working in AI-powered or rapidly evolving product spaces, especially where creator trust and ethics matter.
  • Strong creative instincts, with a track record of raising the bar on originality, craft, and cultural relevance in marketing.
  • Prior experience mentoring or informally leading other PMMs or cross-functional partners.

SPLICE BENEFITS:

  • Compensation & Equity: Competitive pay with annual reviews and equity opportunities.
  • Time Off: Unlimited PTO to recharge and thrive.
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents.
  • Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with immediate vesting and company match.
  • Parental Support: 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave for non-birthing parents, and 18-20 weeks for birthing parents.
