Position Overview

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and technically curious Associate Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for supporting the full recruiting lifecycle by combining technical sourcing, candidate engagement, recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, pipeline management, and recruiting operations.
Working closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Delivery Leadership, and Human Resources, the Associate Recruiter will proactively identify and engage technical talent while also ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruiting process. This position plays a critical role in keeping searches moving efficiently by supporting sourcing initiatives, coordinating interviews, tracking candidates, maintaining recruiting systems, and assisting with a variety of recruiting projects and operational priorities.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Talent Sourcing
  • Develop sourcing strategies for specialized Adobe Experience Cloud, AI, cloud, and digital transformation roles.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, GitHub, professional communities, conferences, user groups, and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain evergreen talent pipelines aligned with current hiring priorities and anticipated business growth.
  • Conduct talent mapping across Adobe Partners, consulting firms, system integrators, technology companies, and enterprise organizations.
  • Partner with recruiters to prioritize searches and execute sourcing strategies.
Recruiting Coordination
  • Coordinate candidate interviews across recruiters, hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates.
  • Schedule interviews while balancing multiple calendars and time zones.
  • Prepare interview confirmations and candidate communications.
  • Ensure interview feedback is collected promptly.
  • Monitor recruiting service levels and follow up with interview teams when feedback is outstanding.
  • Assist with offer scheduling and candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
Candidate & ATS Management
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Track candidates throughout each stage of the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Prepare recruiter-ready candidate summaries and sourcing notes.
  • Ensure recruiting documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Re-engage previous candidates and silver medalists.
  • Assist with candidate dispositioning and reporting.
Candidate Engagement
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns that showcase Blue Acorn iCi's consulting culture and career opportunities.
  • Conduct initial qualification conversations with prospective candidates.
  • Build long-term relationships with passive candidates.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience from first outreach through recruiter handoff.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
Recruiting Operations
  • Support recruiters with administrative and operational recruiting activities.
  • Assist with job posting management across recruiting platforms.
  • Coordinate recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and talent community activities.
  • Help prepare recruiting reports, dashboards, and pipeline metrics.
  • Support workforce planning and talent pipeline forecasting.
  • Participate in recruiting process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination as needed.
  • Provide overflow support across the Talent Acquisition team based on business priorities.

  • Stay current on Adobe Experience Cloud, AI, digital experience, cloud, and analytics talent markets.
  • Monitor competitor hiring activity and talent availability.
  • Provide recruiters with compensation insights and market intelligence.
  • Recommend new sourcing strategies and recruiting best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, technical sourcing, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.
  • Experience sourcing technical or professional talent preferred.
  • Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating recruiting activities.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting consulting, technology, digital agency, or professional services recruiting.
  • Experience sourcing Adobe Experience Cloud or related digital experience technologies.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
  • Experience supporting multiple recruiters or hiring teams simultaneously.
  • Interest in developing into a full-cycle Technical Recruiter.
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 – $75,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
