Who you are:

As an Associate Relationship Manager III, it’s about creating and fostering long-term relationships. Through interactive training, mentors from successful commercial lenders, and hands-on administration of customer portfolios, you will achieve valuable analytical skills, sales experience, and an understanding of Frost’s relationship management process and culture. You have a passion for people and look forward to mentoring and being a resource  to others within the ARM program. Our associate relationship managers are adaptable, inquisitive and strive to create and build relationships with our customers, that last a lifetime. 

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure consistency with Frost standards and FSU curriculum regarding the preparation of RDPs and their content, quality, form, and ease of understanding to the reader

  • Assign and monitor Relationship Development Package (RDP) workflow for timely completion, assisting where needed

  • Develop loan packages and make recommendations by analyzing size, structure, and conducting approval assessments

  • Advocate, monitor, and ensure each ARM’s involvement on sales calls; receives feedback and reviews call notes

  • Collaborate with other ARM III’s and the Commercial Trainer to ensure alignment with training objectives, provide feedback, and share best practices or learnings

  • Develop and advance each ARM’s fundamental credit competencies

  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in Accounting or Finance

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial banking, including completion of Frost’s Financial Services University training

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to teach towards comprehension and development of the individual

  • Record of high quality Relationship Development Package (RDP) work
