Responsible for delivering optimal technical availability and service coverage across a geographic area or region. Provide guidance on key administrative and analytical activities related to technician availability, resource allocation, shift planning, technician scheduling and project planning. Provides support to Incident Management, business teams and technicians in an effort to achieve key metrics, drive operational efficiencies, manage costs and achieve customer SLAs. Collaborates with field management on technician and flex labor resource planning.

Responsibilities
  • Gains familiarity with Resource Support concepts, practices and methodologies.
  • With guidance, performs basic Resource Support duties, including: Assisting with oversight and cost control efforts related to customer service, technician planning and resource allocation.
  • Assisting with resource management to ensure achievement of customer SLAs and performance of project and unanticipated support duties.
  • Updating GANTT and ADP Schedule Planner information management systems.
  • Addressing scheduling problems and referring diverse service requests to appropriate channels.
  • Attends required business meetings and performance call reviews.
  • Gains understanding of DN Resource Support, incident management and related standards and requirements.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Resource Support.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
