We are looking for passionate, smart, and collaborative people who have a desire to do something meaningful and impactful in their career.

The primary responsibilities of this job include:

  • Perform scenario-based testing for development tickets - designing and executing test cases that reflect real user workflows, edge cases, and failure conditions before and after releases.
  • Monitor, debug, and escalate issues within RESTful web services, flagging revenue-impacting problems with clarity and urgency.
  • Assist in eligibility file processing and system monitoring to help maintain data integrity across environments.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with India-based support team to ensure maximum support coverage and exceptional client experience.
  • Participate in design and code reviews, contributing constructive feedback and learning from senior engineers.
Requirements
  • 0–2 years of backend experience with server-side languages (e.g. Javascript, TypeScript, Node) and frontend framework (e.g. React)
  • AWS Certified Developer/Solution Architect – Big Advantage
  • Experience with database programming and performance (e.g. SQL, MongoDB)
  • Strong understanding of SQL. Experience with Snowflake and Tableau would be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of how to write and execute unit and functional test cases, including scenario-based QA for tickets.
  • Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architectures, serverless and container technologies (Lambda, Docker); exposure to Kubernetes, OpenShift, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Basic experience contributing to or reviewing distributed systems and scalable architectures.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
  • Foundational knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS).
  • Familiarity with REST and RESTful services.
  • Exposure to system monitoring and observability tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
