Some of What You'll Do

Scope of the Role: 

  • Direct Reports: This is an individual contributor role with management over processes and programs. 

 

Global Compensation Analysis & Administration

  • Lead the management, modeling, and administration of country-specific base pay structures, annual merit cycles, and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with performance management frameworks.
  • Serve as the primary expert in compensation analysis, leveraging Excel and data modeling techniques to develop, evaluate, and optimize salary ranges, bonus structures, and pay equity across global employee populations.
  • Conduct rigorous job analysis and market pricing reviews, utilizing compensation survey data and internal benchmarks to determine grade levels, job titles, and pay classification status.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, leaders, and managers to assess business needs, refine job requirements, and calibrate job families, applying data-driven methodologies for organizational design, benchmarking and compensation planning.
  • Perform comprehensive market and trend analyses through salary survey participation and market intelligence research; synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for pay structures and compensation strategy.
  • Analyze company-wide compensation trends, including internal equity, turnover, and benchmarking, to develop recommendations for salary adjustments, pay ranges, and compensation strategy.
  • Maintain compliance with global wage and hour regulations, including FLSA, DOL, and local/federal laws, ensuring compensation practices are audit-ready and legally compliant.

Global Benefits Administration

  • Support the evaluation and utilization review of benefit programs, contributing to recommendations that align with market trends, company philosophy, and cost optimization.
  • Assist in managing relationships with benefit providers and brokers, participating in plan selection and negotiation as needed.
  • Contribute to the preparation and submission of required filings for 401(k) and Health & Welfare plans.
  • Support compliance efforts for Federal and State benefit laws in the U.S. (FMLA, ERISA, Cafeteria Plan, HIPAA, COBRA) and partner with local HR and brokers for compliance outside the U.S

Experience, Education and Certifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field required. 

  • 8+ years of experience in Total Rewards, with a strong emphasis on compensation analysis

 

Additional Requirements: 

  • Strong analytical skills required. 

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel ability required. 

  • CCP, CBP, or CEBS certification preferred. 

  • Workday experience highly preferred.
