The ATMC Associate Conversion role involves cleanroom operations, team collaboration, and effective communication. Candidates must handle chemicals, operate machinery, and perform data entry using Windows software.
- Ability to wear a clean room gown for extended periods of time.
- Good written/oral communication, reading and comprehension skills.
- Self-motivation, a good safety record, and good lab/work habits.
- Be able to contribute effectively in a team environment and interface well with other Operators and Engineers.
- Previous cleanroom experience a plus.
- Ability to rotate between 2-3 job functions.
- Must be able to use chemicals and solvents for use in processing, cleaning and weekly wipe downs.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred qualifications include: previous experience in a production environment with the ability to multi-task while operating safely, efficiently, and in a high quality manner.
- Lift up to 30 pounds
- Push or pull heavy objects using up to 30 pounds of force
- Use a Windows based computer for data entry and retrieval
- Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
- Reach, bend, squat, lift arms over head
- Use fine motor skills to operate office equipment and/or machinery
- Visually inspect products using microscopes
