About the role

We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, and curious individual to join our Audience & Events team as a Delegate Acquisition Executive.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and learning how B2B events and marketing work behind the scenes. You’ll play a key role in helping us recruit senior-level IT and business leaders to attend our in-person and virtual events across the United States.
You don’t need to be an expert — we’ll train you. What matters most is your energy, communication skills, and willingness to learn.


What you'll do

  • Identify and recruit professionals who are an ideal fit for our events
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospective attendees
  • Clearly communicate event themes, key topics, and value propositions to potential attendees
  • Guide attendees through the registration process from the first conversation to the confirming their attendance to ensure a positive event experience
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements for confirmed attendees, ensuring a smooth experience
  • Track outreach activity, conversations, registrations, travel details, and updates in internal systems
  • Support on-site event execution, including assisting at conferences and executive roundtables
  • Partner with marketing, events, and project teams to share audience insights and improve targeting strategies

Qualifications

  • Early in your career or interested in events, marketing, or audience development
  • Confidence in outbound outreach and relationship-building
  • Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
  • Curious about technology, business, or media
  • Confident communicating in English; additional languages are a bonus
  • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with accountability for results
  • Experience: Some experience in customer service, sales, marketing, events, or administration is helpful but not required. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
