Our client is looking for a motivated and skilled Attorney to join their innovative legal team. This forward-thinking firm has secured multiple landmark legal victories in high-stakes litigation against major corporations, establishing themselves as a leader in their field. They are specifically seeking candidates who align with one of two distinct litigation profiles.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse docket of high-stakes litigation cases from initial client consultation through to resolution.

  • Develop and execute sophisticated legal strategies, including the drafting and filing of pleadings, motions, briefs, and comprehensive discovery documents.

  • Provide zealous representation for clients in various settings, including court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.

  • Utilize advanced, AI-powered legal technology for research, case management, and predictive analytics to optimize case strategy and workflow efficiency.

  • Collaborate with a global team of attorneys and legal professionals across different time zones to drive continuous progress on complex, precedent-setting cases.

  • Prepare meticulously for trial and contribute to achieving significant legal outcomes for clients.



Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in one of the following two specialized areas:

  • Personal Injury Specialist: 2-5+ years of experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases, such as those involving catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, or wrongful death. You excel in client communication during difficult times and have a confident, assertive approach in the courtroom.

  • Civil Litigator with Federal Expertise: 2-5+ years of experience in complex civil litigation, preferably in federal court. This includes matters such as commercial disputes, professional liability, employment law, or other federal actions. You are comfortable and proficient in navigating federal procedures and rules.

For both profiles, the following are essential:

  • Demonstrated excellence in legal writing, research, and oral advocacy.

  • A strategic and analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex legal challenges.

  • Tech-savvy with a strong aptitude for learning and utilizing new legal software, AI tools, and digital workflows.

  • Proven ability to work autonomously on cases while also thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced, and globally integrated environment.
