Job Description

Details:

  • Duration: 1-year engagement potential to extend
  • Onsite across Austin-based client retail partner stores
  • Flexible schedule, working 5 days a week

Description:

  • Must have a working vehicle to travel to various client partner retail stores.
  • Support on-site credit card acquisition initiatives at select retails store locations.
  • Rotate weekly to support each assigned store 1 visit per week, for 3-5 hours per store visit (minimum 7 hours per day in store).
  • Rotate days of week and time of day including nights/weekends.
  • Resources are expected to drive 6-7 incremental applications per day.
  • Actively work at front end engaging customers and offering credit (Ongoing)
  • Hand out credit materials to customers while offering acquisition offer to customers walking store including specialty (Ongoing)
  • Drive credit engagement through coaching, training, and motivating associates (Ongoing)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 1+ years of retail or sales experience
  • Proven ability to build and leverage relationships
  • A driver's license, and a vehicle for travel
  • Strong and personable communication skills, oral and written

Additional Information

This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

The starting pay is $1,200 a week. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
