Job Description

The Auto Product Marketing Senior Consultant helps shape the positioning, market launch strategy, and growth of our auto insurance products. In this role, you will collaborate with product, sales, customer experience, and a variety of marketing teams, including brand advertising, media, marketing research, and business insights, to ensure our offerings are communicated effectively and deliver strong results.
You will manage projects from planning through execution, play a key role in aligning marketing initiatives with business priorities, and use data and customer insights to drive measurable outcomes.
The ideal candidate excels at translating product insights into compelling customer value and effective marketing strategies. This role requires a forward-thinking professional who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build strong partnerships across teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help develop clear and compelling positioning and messaging for auto insurance products, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Translate market research, customer feedback, and business insights into actionable product and marketing strategies.
  • Support the planning, development, and execution of new product launches across multiple distribution channels.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and potential customer segments.
  • Partner with brand, creative, and marketing teams to develop effective campaigns and customer-facing materials that support business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across marketing and business teams, contributing ideas and collaborating on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Create presentations, business updates, program summaries, and post-campaign recaps for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Manage a variety of projects and initiatives, adapting to new challenges and seeking guidance when appropriate to ensure successful outcomes.
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience preferred in insurance, marketing, product marketing, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to support successful marketing initiatives and business objectives.
  • Naturally curious with a growth mindset and a passion for learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work independently, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems effectively, and collaborate across teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Experience with Power BI and Adobe products preferred

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $70,000 -$110,400 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
