Job Description

Client: Dell

Location: Round Rock (Austin), TX

Duration: long term

IV Process: 1st round live coding session (skype or in-person if local), 2nd round technical/personality based

MANAGER NOTES:


1. Solid and proven experience leading the test architecture or automation architecture of a larger enterprise environment. Someone that hasn’t managed people but more technical process and the technical aspects behind it.
2. Expert in OO concepts and C# ---I’d be willing to look at others but C#/.NET is what we’re truly looking for.
3. Selenium/Selenium Web Driver experience
4. MongoDB experience—would look at someone that wasn’t an expert here but this is what they are using on the backend.
5. Excellent communication both verbal and written
6. Large Enterprise experience
