Become a Luxury Automotive Experience Evaluator

As a Luxury Automotive Experience Evaluator, you’ll be invited to visit premium automotive showrooms and provide expert feedback on the customer journey. Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Good understanding of the automobile industry.
  • Passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments.
  • Enjoy interacting with people.
  • Has a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of your shopping experience.
  • Own a car and has a driving license.
  • Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and be prompt in filling out online surveys.
